Val Thorens is one of the best winter resorts in [France](https://www.staging.stagmania.com/france-ski-stag-do/). Part of the three valleys, there’s over 600 km of skiing pistes to enjoy. The nearest airport is Geneva, so you’ll be spoilt for finding a cheap flight. Once in this purpose built ski village, enjoy world class restaurants and piste runs fanning out from all directions. It also boasts a very long snow season, which runs from Dec to the end of April.

 **Val Thorens ski stag weekends** has one of the best après atmosphere of all French resorts. The nightlife roars from mid-afternoon to the twilight hours. It takes around 3 hours to reach Val Thorens from Geneva, so not a short transfer by any means. But the long transfer will be worth it. It’s a high altitude resort, which means it’s a snow-sured destination and has a very long ski season. We often recommend to our stag parties to travel in late March.
